Welcome to Renton Civic Theatre — your local home for live performance.

Our historic venue in downtown Renton has been a community gathering place for decades. Today, the theatre continues to be run entirely by volunteers who care deeply about creating meaningful, high-quality arts experiences for audiences of all ages.

Seating Capacity

Our intimate 238-seat auditorium ensures every seat feels close to the action. Reserved seating is available for all productions unless otherwise noted.

Accessibility

We are committed to making the arts accessible for everyone. RCT offers:

• ADA-accessible seating locations
• Wheelchair-accessible restrooms
• Companion seating
• We are currently working on re-enabling our T-Coil transmitter so we can transmit show audio directly to hearing aids.

If you have specific accessibility needs, please email our team at boxoffice@rentoncivictheatre.org prior to your visit, and one of our volunteer will gladly assist.

Amenities

• Concessions: In addition to our mouth-watering popcorn, we stock candy and cookies. Non-alcoholic drinks are available, including soda, water, seltzer, coffee, tea, and a specialty mocktail for each show.
• Full Bar: Our concessions counter is stocked with a full bar, and we have specialty cocktails designed for each and every show, so you can always have something new and interesting.
• Restrooms: Located in the lobby and auditorium level
